1. Collection and storage of personal data        

Your personal data is collected when you use our website. It is only stored and processed if you wish us to store it in connection with an inquiry or registration for certain products or services of our company ("contact inquiry") or if you intend to use the services of our company. This is conducted in accordance with the relevant German and European data security laws at all times. If we collect and store your personal data for a purpose which legally requires your approval, we shall always ask you for your explicit approval. Should you refuse your approval, we may not be able to work adequately on your inquiry or registration or you may not be able to use the required services.

2. Data collection while using the website

None of your personal data is required to visit our website. However, every access to our website and every file download is recorded. This data collection serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. In detail, we record: the web browser, the referring site, the name of the accessed file, the amount of data transferred, the date and time of the download as well as the report about a successful download. With regard to quantitative measurement of the number of accesses, only anonymous data about access shall be stored in protocol files. Conclusions on specific persons cannot be drawn from it.

3. Processing, use of personal data

If your personal data has been made available to us, e.g. in the context of a contact inquiry using our contact form, we process it only to answer your inquiry and handle contracts concluded with you. Your personal data shall not be used for the purposes of advertising, marketing research or public opinion polls.

4. Transmission of your data to third parties

Personal data is only transmitted to third parties if it is legally allowed, in particular for the purpose of executing a contract, or if you have authorised us to pass on your personal data to a third party or process and use it in another way.
